ZENTANGLE

What Is It?

The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. We call these patterns, tangles. You create tangles with combinations of dots, lines, simple curves, S-curves and orbs. These simple shapes are the "Elemental Strokes" in all Zentangle art. These patterns are drawn on small pieces of paper called "tiles." We call them tiles because you can assemble them into mosaics.

Through the Zentangle Method of drawing, you can

Como podedes ver, Zentangle é un camiño para centrar a mente a través do debuxo.

É un método de debuxo creado por Rick Roberts e María Thomas (EEUU). Crearon este método fusionando a creatividade e a parte artística do debuxo, xunto co proceso meditativo e de benestar que aporta cando se practica.

Este método é moi sinxelo, non se necesitan ter coñecementos previos de pintura ou dotes artísticas.

Materiais necesarios:

*cartolinas 9X9 cm. esquinas redondeadas
*lápiz
*rotulador Pilot negro
*difumino
*lápices/ceras/acuarelas/rotuladores de cores (opcional)

You could draw a letter, your own hand, a fish, a tree, a bird, tea cups, a heart, a star,..., actually you can draw anything you like.
I encourage you to do your best!!!
